About Us

Cloud Artisans is a consultancy led digital and engagement agency that works collaboratively with our clients and their user base to develop useful, intuitive and motivating interactions online and in-person.

We work with individuals and organisations that help others. These may be non-profits or businesses providing a service or product that improves the work or life experiences of their customers. We work on projects that are inclusive, accessible and sustainable - helping our clients to achieve this in their online & offline work. We specialise in bespoke projects that adds value for you and your audience.


How we work

We partner with organisations to collaboratively assess their needs and implement solutions. With decades of combined expertise, our solutions focus on the objectives of the organisation and enable staff and users alike to complete tasks with ease. We guide our clients through the process making it easy to understand and we will always be available to answer your questions, even after we’ve delivered the project.

All our pricing is fair and transparent and we'll never surprise you with any unexpected or hidden costs. We work flexibly and will provide you with the best estimate of cost we can based on a brief.

No two projects are ever exactly the same so we can't give you a quote before we learn a little about your specific needs. However, we're always happy to schedule a chat so that we can gather some details and provide you with an estimate.

We love working as a partner with our clients and have a whole community of support clients where for an agreed monthly fee we can provide our full range of services as and when you need, without any minimum time charges, with pro-active recommendations and platform updates and an ongoing relationship that you can rely on.

Our current rate for most design and development work is £65 per hour or £450 per day. We offer a discount for small businesses and non-profit organisations whenever we can so it's always best to get in touch.

Meet the team


Emrys Green


Emrys is an experienced project manager who leads on our support and client services ensuring that you get a product you will love, and that you’re never left feeling ‘how do I…’. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, the Institute of Leadership, the Institute of Directors and the Chartered Management Institute. Emrys holds an Executive MBA and will help ensure your marketing and engagement strategy benefits your organisation.


Olivia Wyatt


Olivia works across our projects, leads on our engagement work and supporting our clients with consultancy and digital operations. With a degree in education, Level 7 certificates in Diverse & Inclusive Leadership and in Effective Change Management she ensures things work smoothly! Olivia is officially certified as Carbon Literate.




David brings 15+ years of development experience, he holds a computer science degree from the University of Kent and has worked on a range of projects with agencies and startups over the years - creating websites, mobile apps and deep system integrations. Outside of work he volunteers in animal rescue for those in need across south London.


George Clarke


George has a degree in Journalism and over five years experience in media for print, broadcast, photography, website and magazine design. George is trained in legal practises of content creation and supports the team with our support, design and web projects.




Joshua combines his two greatest passions; Data Analytics and Storytelling to best optimise your audience’s experience to help you develop a digital marketing strategy that brings your online presence to life. He continues storytelling in the 'physical' world too and crafts events and experiences to engage audiences. When not at his desk you'll find him playing an RPG or recording a podcast.


Ben Higgingson

Creative Lead - Brand Narrative Media

Ben leads our work through Brand Narrative Media. He is a visual storyteller and applies his expertise in video production to tell the audience about the impact an organisation has through its services. He has several years experience working across commercial projects, music videos and film projects. His work is award winning and includes self produced work which has featured at numerous film festivals. When not working on projects you'll find him at Newcastle United match.



Design Consultant

Adam was formerly creative director for Brix Brand & Design; specialising in design for non-profits. He brings his years of experience in the design world and constant curiosity for how new technologies and ideas can enhance how organisations communicate to create the best brand communication possible.



Branch Manager

Archie makes a regular appearance to team meetings, and even with clients - on request. His key skills include ‘fetching’ materials, ‘rolling over’ ideas and concepts, ‘chasing’ down design decisions and ‘snoozing’ to solve difficult problems. He helps ensure every project is infused with happiness, provides material for sample imagery, and helps us ‘chew’ over our best strategies and plans for clients. He even helps with choosing the right Git ‘branch’.

We work with a number of trusted associates depending on the project - in specialisms like live event management, training, copywriting, media production and for extra expert capacity in strategy creation, development and design. We also offer paid internships & placements through Midlands' based universities to bring new ideas and project skills.
